Job Description:
The positions reports to ED
The Following positions report into this position Civil Engineer Project Monitoring & Mechanical Engineer – Project Monitoring
Key Deliverables :
- Directing and overseeing production, quality, availability and productivity to ensure availability of product as per market requirement for customer satisfaction.
- Regular analysis of critical parameters for example but not limited to specific heat, false air, cost of production, process safety, equipment reliability, process modification, HAZOP, Compressor Loading, Air leakage.
- To drive discussion with various OEMs and process experts to improve plant performance.
- To guide teams requiring inputs for RCA closure
- Leading the Technical function for Operation and Maintenance and its subsidiaries
- Responsible for the coordination and definition of technical and plant performance- related strategies and standards
- Implementing defined strategies and objectives
- Determining technical key performance indicators and targets for the individual plants
- Responsible for the continuous increase of plants productivity and profitability
- Developing and implementing standardized reporting functions, work instructions for optimizing the process chains
- Achieving safety, productivity and cost related agreed targets for the overall plants performance
- Controlling the individual plants performance and outcome
- Leading and overseeing all activities to ensure high standards on plants
- Review of cost reports to locate excessive expenses and decision making of necessary corrective actions
- Responsible for technical audits and their conclusions
- Preparation of short and long range development plans

- Good understanding of cement manufacturing processes & its chemistry, maintenance activities of cement plant.
