Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor/supervise the work of less experienced process engineers and assist with training.
- Implement 5S and Kaizen
- Suggest and implement measures to improve productivity and reduce rejection rates
- Upgrade and maintain ERP systems
- Make weekly presentations to higher-level management regarding production data and weekly output
- Directly interact with customers to understand their requirements and improve professional relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Engineering Diploma / Degree preferred - Minimum 8 to 10 years of manufacturing experience
- Understand the concept of Lean Manufacturing, 5S and TQM, and TPM
- Experience in Inventory Control and ERP system
- Strong in computer literacy
- Hardworking, dynamic, and enjoy challenges
