Job Description:
Responsible for fund raising and management of banking relationship
Prepared financial models, presentations and various analytical reports for pitching the same to private equity firms, banks, credit rating agencies and various other investors/stakeholders
Responsible for managing credit rating of the group
Arranged funds through commercial paper and managed all compliances related to commercial paper
Dealing in financial matter with banks and financial institution and submitting relevant information for day to day requirement of the company. Co-coordinating with banks for issues relating to financial transaction. Co-ordinate with the financial consultant for preparing projection and other financial issues for financing of the new/expansion project.
