Job Description:
- Urgent Requirement for SHIFT INCHARGE Electrical for Sponge Iron Division for Reputed Steel plant AT RAIGARH.
- Planning as well as implementing the ship’s refit/ repair and effective preventive & corrective Electrical maintenance schedule.
- A committed and competent Electrical Engineer with technical and commercial competencies in electrical project management with key focus on top line profitability and optimal utilisation of resources in Steel sector.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful in handling assignments with strong abilities in installation and commissioning of electrical, instrumentation and automation equipment as well as implementing quality processes for achieving and enhancing quality satisfaction.
- Responsible and accountable team member having highly creative, logical and analytical approach, conceptually strong with an innovative and analytical approach to the work with an eye for detail.
- Poised in interacting with individuals at all levels with abilities to accept and meet challenges. Strong relationship management skills with Project Managers, Consultants, Clients, Vendors and taking independent decisions on technical matters, most effective to the project.
- Coordinates with suppliers, contractors, engineers, and others concerning equipment operations or maintenance.
- Capable of grasping new technical concepts quickly & utilizing it in a productive manner.
- Exceptional team building, organizational and analytical skills coupled with demonstrated relationship management and communication abilities
- A strategic planner with expertise executing and managing construction of high valued EPC projects with flair for adopting world class construction methodologies.
- Demonstrated excellence in finalising the key procurement strategies for engineering services and capital goods and ensuring that strategies are aligned with project requirements.
