Urgent hiring for Solution / Technical Architect

We are looking for Solution Architects to join our cutting-edge Architecture team as it grows. The ideal candidate is a divergent thinker who understands industry best practices and has experience with enterprise solution architecture patterns. They are a team player possessing strong analytical as well as technical skills, and are able to communicate the logic behind technical decisions to non-tech stakeholders. They must be comfortable working in an agile environment and have the ability to “take the wheel” when necessary.

Key Responsibility:

• Analyze user requirements

• Create innovative, scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions for KIB with KIB

development vendors and internal development team

• Work closely with project managers, other developers, Solution Architects

• Create clear technical specifications

• Expand existing software to meet the changing needs of our key demographics

• Design robust APIs to support mobile and web clients

• Optimization of applications for performance and scalability

• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability

Qualification and Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in a similar role

• Computer science degree or equivalent experience

• Excellent foundation in computer science, algorithms, and operating systems

• Excellent foundation in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful services, JSON, Micro Services, 12 Factor Apps, Maven

• You have a demonstrable understanding of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), as well as Micro-Services Architecture, CQRS, event sourcing.

• Understanding of containerization with Docker, and container management with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift is an asset.

• Extended knowledge on JavaScript frameworks, MVC patterns and principles of REST APIs, ideally including RAML and/or OpenAPI

• Operational knowledge of application servers, databases, load balancers and otherinfrastructure components required to deploy applications in a highly available and scalable environment

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git,Gitlab)

• Demonstrated knowledge of OAuth token-based authentication protocol

• Demonstrated knowledge of PCI and Security Coding Standards.

• Experience in BackBase framework is a plus.

• Familiarity with continuous integration (Jenkins)
