PRODUCTION HEAD - SMS
Job Description:
Urgent Requirement for HEAD SMS INDUCTION FURNACE (EXPERIENCE 10tn, 12TN, 15TN, 20TN furnace) for Reputed Steel plant.
Achieve Daily/Weekly/Monthly production target.
Planning of different grades given by PPC Dept.
Preparation of charge mix & melting of charge mix in furnaces.
Special Grades making, process improvement & Quality improvement.
Cost reduction, planning of sequence casting & ingot casting.
Ingot (pitside) raw material checking (Moulds, Hot-Top, pagrette, APC, BP set).
Daily Ingot casting & improve quality of Ingots.
Analysis of Deviated heats and takes the corrective action.
Manpower handling & minimizing the delay.
