Job Description:
Hiring for Maintenance Manager in Forging Auto component Manufacturer in Aurangabad.
Designation: Maintenance Manager.
Education: DME / BE Mechanical
Must Required experience - Forging Experience, Forged automotive components,cold-forged parts, and high tensile fasteners.
- Attending the Electrical breakdowns related to HVAC System, Water System, Chillers, Cooling Towers, and Boiler. (VFD settings, Panel modifications, Fault findings, etc)
- Attending the Electrical breakdowns related to IBH (Induction Billet Heater) and work on energy saving on IBH.
- Coordinating with the service engineer to Handling the modification activities in the plant and ensuring safety norms with timely completion of work.
- Able to understand all types of Single Line Diagram as well as drawings of HT and LT.
- Maintenance & operation of electrical equipment including, motors, starters,
- Commissioning and maintenance of sensors - Different types of RTDs, Thermocouples, Pyrometers, Pressure switches, Level sensors, Vibration switches, proximity sensors, Limit switches, Flowmeters, Control valves.
- Attending the Electrical breakdowns related to IBH (Induction Billet Heater) and work on energy saving on IBH, LT panel, HT Panel, and Diesel generator.
- Daily verification of Diesel Generators, and coordinating with service engineers during schedules A, B, and C checks.
