Job Description:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Will be required to run the day to day operations of the unit
- Will be required to Liason with government officers, public servants, traders, businessmen, plant staff etc.
- Will have to maintain the discipline of the organisation and will have to streamline operations.
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
Qualifications and Skills
- Should have atleast 5 years experience to run an industrial unit
- Should be above 40 years old
- Should have an undergraduate degree
- Good communicator and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
