Job Description:
- Receive Phone calls from customers
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of customer service program
- Answer potential clients’ questions about systems improvement projects or goals
- Check the customers complain, within the internal software and generate complain number
- Pass on the complain number to the operations Team
- Maintain computer, telephone, and other equipment
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
