Job Description:
  • Receive Phone calls from customers
  • Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of customer service program
  • Answer potential clients’ questions about systems improvement projects or goals
  • Check the customers complain, within the internal software and generate complain number
  • Pass on the complain number to the operations Team
  • Maintain computer, telephone, and other equipment
  • Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
  • Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
  • Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
