Customer Support Executive
Job Description:
Lodging the warranty /service/ Complain in register /DMS and web desk from client received through call, mail or in DMS |
Assigning Service and complain to technician on day to day basis and taking feedback /Report from them throught mobile TLR aap and close the complain in DMS /Register ensuring the TAT is maintained |
Sending The Quotation to client and ensuring the approval or WO is received for Spares /renewal and new AMC |
Indenting spare in DMS/ Registering Equipment in DMS for warranty and operation of DMS |
Communicating with client scheduling and resolving their technical Query By providing them technical ,commercial support |
Ensure to submit invoices to client on time and making the follow up for payment. |
Daily reporting to service manager and provide the Update of daily work. |
Ensure to submit Report of services to CARL every Quarter |
Ensure to submit Defective spare to CARL on time |
Communicate with CARL team regarding schedule/spare/technical detail/ Training |
Keep The data in system up to date of AMC /SERVICE/WARRANTY and other register |
Making the visit to client /site for better relation building and ensuring the Quality of service. |
Checking the Tools and tackles of technician and ensuring that they have Sufficient tools and basic spare with them |
Ensuring that basic spares/ gases /Tools are available in store for smooth functioning of service along with store in-charge |
Ensuring to have one monthly meeting with technical team for appreciation / technical - EH & S discussion / report filling / |
Assist the HR team for technical Evolution /other support for technical staff and coordination with HR for gathering and validating data for TLR from technical service staff |
Making AMC renewal calls |
Communicate and update customer about complaint / service |
Checking and collecting FSR/Service report from technician and taking appropriate action |
