Hiring for Die Shop & Design Manager in Aurangabad for Forging Industry.

Position: Die Shop & Design Manager

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of Mechanical / Production. Or Diploma in Engineering in the stream of Mechanical

Preparation of Process Flow diagram and Control Plans for new product development.

Tool design (punch or die) suitable for various forging components.

RFQCalculation.

Calculation related to Forging Design.

Making 3D Model of components & Die extraction in Pro-E( Creo 3.0) . 

Making 2D Drawings of components, Dies & Toolings in BricsCAD.
Designing of Dies in Forging. 

Designing Of Trim Tools in Forging.

§Preparing ISO & TS Documents Like APQP, PPAP preparation of APQP as well as PPAP documents.

3D Modeling of components & toolings on UG-NX5.

Making the Gauges drawing for Produced parts.

Drawing the co-ordinates of the die drawings on Auto-Cad for CNC programming.

Design the electrodes for EDM process of dies for the critical profile.

Finisher sinking & layout design, Blocker sinking & layout design, Trim tool & piercing tool layout design, Hot padding & cold coining die design for various forging components forged on Crank Presses like 630T, 1000T, 1600T and 2000T presses. 

3D Modeling & drafting of components & toolings on UG NX-11.

Experience in simulation software (Forge NxT-2.1) by transvalor.

Trim shoe assembly designing for trim presses like 160T, 250T, 315T etc.

by using the assembly tool of UG NX-11. (Bottom-up approach)

Feasibility and cut-weight estimation of new part inquiries.

Preparation of PFD, APQP, PPAP docs and Control Plans (Forging & machining) for new product development.

Conducting Die trials for new product development
