Job Profile :
Hand on CNC, VMC, HMC machine, Convention machines – SPM. Troubleshooting.
Works on Fanuc, Siemens, PLc Drive, Mitsubishi,
Co-ordinate with other departments regarding developmental activity.
Handling Machine problems and increase the reliability of the equipment.
Monitoring field failure for further development. Preparing quality plans and work instructions for eliminating equipment failure
Implementation of TPM on the shop floor.
Responsible for PM Activities.
