Job Description:
Monitor of the day to day activities, planning & executions with the team.
• Responsible to manage a team towards achieving of monthly as well as annual targets.
• Responsible for a team of channel partner towards revenue generation and develop and maintain a
long-term relationship.
• Manage and resolve of complex operational issues that arise across multiple branches.
• Responsible of recruitment, Training, motivate and develop the relationship managers skills
towards achieve excellent results.
• Plan of tough Compete and execute the same against various products of channel partner to bring
our product to the front line.
• Having responsibility of end to end process like form the point of creation of login to issuance of
policies.
• Preparation of MIS on regular basis to the channel partners and management and identifying the
areas which need to be improved and solutions for the same.
• Providing regular updates to the immediate superior/channel heads as and when required and
giving suggestions towards business development by explaining practical updates of market.
