Job Description:
Property Management
Ø Identification of new premise for shifting/opening of office.
Ø Registration & renewal of rental premises.
Ø Upgradation of identified office organizational norms.
Facilities Management
Ø Monitoring housekeeping activities of offices and ensuring optimum standards.
Ø Arranging adequate measures for conferences & meetings.
Ø Ensuring efficient Courier services in the region.
Ø Following set processes and standards for stationery procurement with cost optimization.
Ø Ensuring smooth Telecommunication facilities in the region.
Ø Regular coordination with vendors for competitive rates
Ø Ensuring all bills are properly scrutinized as per policy and processed with in timelines.
Assets Management
Ø Procurement of office equipments as per policy norms.
Ø Conducting Preventive Maintenance Activities & Monitoring repair works.
Ø Co-ordination with Record Management Company.
Ø Vehicle Management and per the policy.
Statutory Compliance
Ø Registration & timely renewal of various licenses.
Ø Ensuring Issuance of Trade licenses.
Ø Compliance registration of Lease, L&L agreements.
Security & Safety Management
Ø Supervising all the activities of security system.
Ø Ensuring fitness of all kinds of security gadgets.
Ø Updating First Aid Box for each office.
Hotel & Travel Management
Ø Tie ups with nearest hotel properties as per the company policy.
Ø Ensuring efficient hotel reservations & travel ticketing.
Ø Hiring a vehicle as per policy norms.
