Job Description:

1. Architectural Leadership:
 Lead and manage the architectural team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of
projects.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, leasing, and marketing, to integrate architectural
solutions that meet business objectives.

2. Design Development:
 Oversee the conceptualization, design, and development of mall spaces, ensuring they align with the company's
vision and brand identity.
 Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs that enhance the overall customer experience and maximize
commercial potential.
3. Project Management:
 Manage the entire architectural project lifecycle, from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines
and budgets.
 Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
4. Code Compliance:
 Stay abreast of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure all designs comply with legal
requirements and safety standards.

5. Budget Oversight:
 Work closely with the finance department to establish and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective
solutions without compromising design integrity.

6. Quality Assurance:
 Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of architectural designs that meet or
exceed industry standards.
