Workshop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workshop Operations Management:

   • Supervise and coordinate all activities within the workshop, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
   • Plan and organize workflow to meet repair and maintenance schedules and optimize productivity.
   • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

2. Team Leadership and Development:

   • Lead a team of technicians and mechanics, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
   • Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
   • Promote a positive work culture that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership among the workshop staff.

3. Quality Assurance:

   • Ensure the delivery of high-quality repair and maintenance services to customers, adhering to industry standards and company specifications.
   • Implement quality control measures to identify and rectify any issues or defects in the repair processes.

4. Customer Service:

   • Collaborate with the customer service department to ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding repair status and estimated completion times.
   • Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly, striving to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

5. Inventory and Resource Management:

   • Manage workshop inventory, spare parts, and equipment to ensure an adequate supply for repair and maintenance tasks.
   • Coordinate with the procurement team to source quality spare parts and materials from approved vendors.

6. Budgeting and Cost Control:

   • Prepare and manage the workshop's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on service quality.
