Job Description:

Major Challenges
1. To continuously strive for achieving reduction in consumption ratios of raw
materials and optimum use of Steam and Power to achieve lowest cost of production.
2. To maximise Sodium Sulphate recovery and to reduce acid consumption by
reducing losses and satisfy the internal and external customer needs.
3. Maintain salt quality parameters within specification limits for wise variety of
customer base.
3. Managing the plant with minimum man power comprising of first generation
industrial technicians and minimise cost of other related work.
4. To reduce fibre production loss due to Auxiliary department during MSFE caustic
circulation and unplanned stoppage.
5. Minimize effluent generation & maximize recycling of condensate streams
generated during the process thereby reduce load in Effluent treatment plant
6. Maintain & improve reliability of equipment thereby maximize available time of
equipment.
