Job Description:
Role Purpose Statement:
To become over all responsible for Welfare of Employees, Contract manpower & administration activities.
Main Accountabilities:
Manage employee Relations at all over the plant.
Create good rapport with internal stakeholders.
Management of employee services, Transport, canteen etc.
Management of employee welfare
Plant security management
Contract worker management
Office administration
Vendor management
Vehicle management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (Measurable outcomes that the position contributes to):
0 NC in Audits.
100% Statutory Compliances.
Safety Norms – No LTI
Ensure 100% food safety
Key Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces (External & Internal):
Internal Stake holders – Departmental heads & team members
External Stake holder – Suppliers, Customers, Government authorities, Society and Employees
Families.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Knowledge and Technical Competencies:
Statuary audit, Industrial requirements, costing knowledge, contract labor management.
MS. Office.
Can operate all kind of government portal for Statutory Compliances.
Education/Experience
MBA/MSW/- HR, having 5 to 8 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Setup.
Adequate knowledge of Telugu Language (read/write & speak)
Effective communication in English, Hindi and Telugu (verbal).
