Job Description -
- The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience in developing new applications using Workday Extend, while also providing support for existing applications. Proficiency in Workday reporting and expertise in data loading, particularly using Workday's EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), are essential requirements for this role.
- you will play a key role in implementing and customizing the Workday Extend platform for our clients
- You will work closely with clients, business analysts, and development teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and configure Workday Extend applications to meet client needs
- Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Analyze client requirements and design technical solutions using the Workday Extend platform
- Configure and customize Workday Extend applications to meet client-specific needs
- Develop and maintain Workday Extend integrations, reports, and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and developers, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolution in a timely manner
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Create technical documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user guides
- Stay updated on Workday Extend platform enhancements, new features, and best practices
