Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure delivery of financial statements as per the defined SLA for TAT and quality for clients assigned.
  • Review (Detailed/High level) of financial statements prepared (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow etc.) and record entries as necessary.
  • Preparation of critical audit schedules and review (Detailed/High level) of the same as necessary.
  • Review and track daily /weekly delivery schedules for financials. Coordinate with US accountants and or clients as required. Ensure that the targets & client expectations are met.
  • Troubleshooting - Client issues/queries/escalations/team issues - Single point of contact for any issue related to assigned clients.
  • Communicate with US counterparts/clients through calls and emails as required.
  • Review and track the activity checklist for all clients.
  • Ensure Successful completion of projects assigned on a timely basis. 
  • New client setup – master setups, tracking of data/information received.
  • Rigorous follow-up for information & updates.
  • Ensure that activities are carried out and completed per the transition plan.
  • Regular review of progress with plan.
  • Active involvement in transition call - planning stage and onboarding stage.
  • Prepare SOPs/ Process maps/ SIPOC.
  • Work allocation to team members, update shift roster and review timesheets.
  • Manage the team, provide timely feedback, leave management, motivation, guidance, query resolution, etc.
  • Training and development of staff, mentoring etc.
  • Ensure preparation and regular updating of process maps, process notes/ SOPs/SIPOC.
  • Ensure daily updating of delivery trackers.
  • Ensure completion and timely delivery of monthly MIS and PLI calculations.
  • Update and review client escalations in the standard escalation log and complete RCA.
  • Update and review financial errors in the standard error log and complete RCA.
  • Monthly preparation of dashboard for assigned clients.
  • Identification of areas of process improvement
  • Review the ongoing process and bring continuous improvement in the process for efficiency & quality.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • Work allocation.
  • Monthly one-on-one meetings and performance Feedback.
  • CBPB calculations.
  • Performance & Leave Management.
  • Mentoring & motivating team.
  • Review all deliverables as per the agreed SLA with the client.

Key metrics measured: TAT and quality of allocated clients. Attrition nos. of team members.

Extent of Public Contact

  1. Frequently serves as a representative of Quatrro to various organizations within the industry and broader community, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions.
  2. Continually serves as a representative of Quatrro to the clients, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions.
  3. Frequently negotiates contracts, answers questions from accounting staff, and interacts with division corporate staff.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
  • Excellent Accounting knowledge.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and good speed on computers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Confidence level.
  • Smart & dynamic.
  • Prior team handling experience of a minimum of 1 year.
  • Accounting knowledge with US accounting experience.
  • Transition experience. o Experience in managing high-demanding customers. Key metrics measured:

Educational Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / Inter CA (Not pursuing CA) / CA

Work Experience: 5-8 years of accounting background, preferably having experience up to finalization of accounts and handling a team

Other Prerequisites:

  • Required to work in shifts. Based on business/project requirements will work in US hours.
  • Prior work experience in MNC & matrix organization.
  • Valid Passport.

Working Conditions and Environmental:

Working Days: 5 days - Monday - Friday
Working Hours:

  • 9 hours (US work Shift Pattern), a mix of WFO and WFH. The working hours may get extended due to the nature of the business.
  • The employee must be willing to work at a location in a small-to mid-sized office setting, plus attend client conferences and meetings that may or may not be held during the workday.
  • Travel to other Quatrro locations or client offices may be necessary, as well as physical presence at company meetings with other offices throughout the globe.
