- Responsible for local compliance review of drawings and construction techniques;
- Proficient in using CAD, drawing changes and modifications, and completing as-built drawings;
- Preparation of the professional construction plan, technical disclosure, and on-site quality management;
- Audited the monthly project quantity of the subcontract;
- Accounting drawings and materials and submitting purchasing plans;
- On-site inspection of materials and submission of data for review;
- Managed the subcontracting team and coordinated the construction work;
- Construction quality inspection and timely process control;
- Fluent English, proficient in CAD, able to independently calculate the bill of quantities, need to work on site
