Asst Manager HR Payroll Process and Management- Pune
Job Description:
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
? Collecting, calculating, and sharing payroll input data in
order to process monthly payroll with full and final
settlement of left employees
? Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing
systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes and other
deductions
? Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates
including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates
? Prepares, maintains and shares accurate records of payroll
transactions and compliance reports on monthly basis with
assigned stakeholders
? Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing
software, systems, and procedures
? Resolving payroll discrepancies
? Taking care of employee facilities like canteen meal passes,
transport services etc.
? Preparing annual holiday calendar for organisation
? Monitoring employee life cycle in terms of confirmations of
employees
? Sharing MIS reports and details with stakeholders as per the
requirement e.g. renewal of insurance policies, renewal of
S&E licenses, filing annual returns etc.
