Job Description:

Sr. Analyst/Team Leader – Risk, Compliance, and Information Security (RCI)

Responsibilities

• Manage risk and vulnerability assessments, validation testing, compliance reviews, and audits in accordance with ISO Standards
• Support organization’s SOC2 and global ISO audits
• Maintain organization's information security as per ISO 27001 standards.
• Support organization’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
• Manage oversight of incidents and/or security breaches
• Ensure vendor risk management (VRM) is followed thoroughly to assess and ensure vendor compliance is maintained.
• Conduct security awareness training to VGS employees on a quarterly basis.
• Periodic review of user access on an organizational level.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years working in the information security domain.
• Good knowledge of IT, Networking, and security
• Ability to communicate business and technical risks to all levels of the audience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and assess technology, systems, and applications from a technical and business perspective.
• Excellent knowledge of ISO 27001 framework including risk assessment and risk treatment plan (RA-RTP)
• Good understanding of market structures, including relevant regulatory compliance requirements (ISO27001, SOC2 , NIST, HIPAA,CCPA, GDPR, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Certifications such as ISO 27001 LI, ISO 27001 LA or ISO 27001 IA is desired.
