Managing or supporting HR-related processes, such as-
Recruitment, on-boarding & exit processes
Verification of documents as per checklist Mandatory and Non mandatory documents.
Employee Attendance
Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC) 
Design salary structure as per requirement of clients, making offer letter/Appointment letter/contract extension letter/experience letter and other relevant documents formats such as transfer letter, warning letter NOC
Performance management
Compensation & benefits
Employee relations
Interacting with clients whenever needed to resolve their queries
