Sr HR Officer
Job Description:
Qualification: MBA-HR, MPM, MSW with 4 to 8 yrs experience in core HR activities like Payroll processing, time office and attendance, Statutory compliance, placement coordination for recruitment etc..
- must have experience in payroll / Salary processing independently.
- Experience in statutory compliance (ESI, PF, PT, MLWF etc) and their online challan submission.
- Coordinate the placement agencies for recruitment and ensure timely availability of manpower.
- Handle employees grivances, IR, Government authorities & company permissions / license renewal.
- Responsible for all administration & facility related activities.
- Good communication skill and presentable.
Salary: Rs 22000 to 28000 per month
