Job Description:

Create strategies and generate Leads through online platforms
Lead Qualification
Requirement gathering
Coordinate with the BAs and pre-sales for requirement analysis and estimates
Mentor and monitor junior BDMs to do timely follow up to convert the leads into prospects
Assign Tasks and keep the CRM up to date and follow the process
Opportunity identification
Coordinate with Senior BDMS for substantial opportunities
Sales Pipeline and Projection
Negotiation and Business closure as per the process
Meet and exceed Monthly/Quarterly targets on a regular basis
Coordinate with Delivery Team for project initiation and milestone completions
Account Management and Upsell

Required Skills and Experience:
Min 2 Years of Experience working on a Business Development role for an IT company (Preferably Web and Mobile Application development services)
Generating leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Clutch, bidding platforms or any related platforms
Working with overseas clients preferably from US, UK, S'pore and AUS regions
Excellent communication skills - Written and Verbal
Working in an individual as well as team target-based environment and contribute to the growth of the company
Experience working with any CRM (preferably Freshsales), MS Word, Teams, Skype, WA Business
Good understanding of Web and Mobile Application development industry
Knowledge of technology platforms frequently used
Knowledge of engagement models like T&M, Fixed Cost, Staff Augmentation etc
Have worked in a team environment
Flexible in working late hours occasionally
