GENERAL DESCRIPTION Sales Training Manager will executes training to On and Offroll Employees across the country
Primary Skills required Hands on experience in S & D ; demsontratable skill in S & D ; result oriented ; influencing skill ; good communication and interpersonal skill
Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
• OJT – On Job Training for FOS/FST
• Induction to all New Joinees on category selling
• Support and mentor new employees.
Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.Responsible to drive Capability initiatives & processes

To devise and implement best practices in sales, distribution, in-store execution and merchandising
Keeping the Sales team abreast of the latest skills required through training etc., thereby creating the right mindset & attitude among the Sales team.
Visit the market to understand & benchmark competitor moves & activities Check implementation of tools & learning of training
Establish & align the sales force to best practices identified through external & internal benchmarking
Liaison with HR & Sales for people related activities
Min 10-12 years experience out of which atleast 3-5 years must have been in Hard Core Selling and remaining in Training of FOS
• Should be able to travel for a long stretch in rural markets for OJT
