Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
? Achieving the sale target as per Business Plan.(Gold Loan, Insurance, SME Loan, Collection)
? Monitoring the sales performance daily basis.
? Managing promotional activities for Branch.
(Proper Marketing Plan in catchment area like Canopy, Seminars, BTL Activities,etc.)
? Team Building, motivating & managing.
? Customer interaction & service.
? HNI client visit and regular follow up.
? Day to day branch operation and administrative responsibility.
? Formulation of Strategies for business development.
? Ensure quality lead generation and met sales target provided by organization.
? Solely responsible all type of retail operation like Gold Loan, Insurance, SME Loan, Collection.
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- • Proficient in business development and strategic planning
- • Good analytical skills
- • Extensive knowledge of basic software application
- • Experience in rapport building
- • Good Hold on Gold loan
- • And good in identifying skill of gold care
