Job Description:
- Working as a Packaging Technologist at the export packaging division .
- Handling NPD projects of all the above-mentioned Brands. .
- Responsible for developing New Packaging Design or concept as per marketing requirement and also modify the existing pack with proposed design for marketing aspects or to increase its production efficiency. .
- Responsible for checking the parameters of packaging artworks, separation file of artworks & also preparing the artwork brief and sharing it to the supplier for their better clarity. .
- Provide Shade card approval for the final print run. .
- New or Alternate Vendor Development for the Packaging material. .
- Supplier visit for print proofing & to evaluate their efficiency. .
- Handling Cost savings projects of Packaging division. .
- Manage Packaging Laboratory. .
- Performing all the necessary qualification tests on packaging materials. .
- Prepare test reports and maintain those into the system. .
- Operate Unit related work like material connectivity, shade card connectivity, machine trial of the packaging material, transit trial of the finished goods etc. .
- Working collaboratively with the QC team. .
- Prepare Packaging Instruction for Unit reference. .
- Exploring New Technologies in the Packaging field. .
- Cost sheet preparation for Packaging material during new pack development. .
- Helping other departments like Purchase, Procurement, R&D, Operation, Supply Chain & Finance to meet the exact timeline of a Project.
