Ecommerce Marketplace Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Ecommerce Marketplace Executive to oversee our presence on various online marketplaces. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing orders, coordinating with delivery teams, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent MIS skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel to effectively manage and analyze data related to online sales and operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage our presence on multiple ecommerce marketplaces, including but not limited to order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
2. Monitor incoming orders from online marketplaces and ensure timely acknowledgment and processing.
3. Coordinate with internal departments such as production, packaging, and logistics to fulfill orders efficiently.
4. Liaise with delivery partners to schedule pickups and ensure timely dispatch of orders to customers.
5. Track order status and update customers regarding the progress of their deliveries.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to online orders in a prompt and professional manner.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and inventory levels using advanced MIS tools and MS Excel.
8. Analyze ecommerce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales and operations.
9. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into ecommerce performance and key metrics.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns on online marketplaces.
11. Stay updated on ecommerce trends, marketplace policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize sales opportunities.
12. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty on online platforms.
