Every day plant round and identify unsafe act and condition and report to department manager and follow up for its compliance |

Monitoring / Review / improvement & strict compliance of PPE compliance at site.

Maintaining of fire equipment’s stocks & follow the purchase procedures of fire equipment’s.

4 |
Monitoring of Spillage/leakages, gas release & Environment Pollution at site. Insist & support to department for Corrective & Preventive action.
|
5 |
Monitoring & maintaining of Fire & safety equipment’s like fire hydrant system, Fire extinguisher, safety showers, Airline kits etc. in healthy condition. |
6 |
Monitoring & review of new requirement of Fire & safety equipment’s like fire hydrant system, Fire extinguisher, safety showers, Airline kits etc. in respective areas.

Imparting of safety talk & also monitoring of Safety talk training by department itself is followed in respective sections.
|
8 |
Closing & reporting of unsafe condition/act reported in BBS (my setu software)
|
9 |
Implementation & monitoring of safety procedures (SOPs) are followed in respective section.
|
10 |
Issue of safety memo to employees who are violating safety policy. Records to be maintained and submit to HR for further action as per policy
|
11 |
Issue of work permits like hot work, confined space, heavy lifting etc. & monitoring of all permits whether they are followed as per SOP or not.

12 |
Conduct Daily Contractor safety talk, prepare talk material & maintain records.
|
13 |
Imparting of safety trainings based on need identification, visitor training
|
14 |
Maintenance, servicing & Purchase of fire equipment and maintaining of records as per statutory & ISO.
|

Daily monitoring of fireman activity & planning, management of manpower in shift
|
16 |
Implementation and monitoring of Incident Investigation guidelines and tracking & follow up of recommendations of investigation in their respective areas.

Carry out schedule Safety inspection as per checklist of the sections
|
18 |
Investigation of first aid accident/Incident and near miss of the section.
|
19 |
Supporting to ERT team, Induction training activity etc. as and when required.
|
20 |
Required Additional Skill: 1) Man Power Handling. 2) Training to employees. 3) Good Communication & Presentation Skills. 4) Knowledge of fire hydrant system & other fire / safety equipment’s & protection system. 5) Knowledge of Computer – Power point / Excel / word / Internet / Emails etc. |

Reports receivable from other Dept: 1) Compliance reports of Unsafe Act/Conditions reported. 2) Compliance reports of Safety audit / Safety inspections / Accident investigations etc. 3) Work permit report after completion of Job. 4) Near miss /Incident/Accident reports. 5) Inspection & testing certificates of Form 9-10-11, stability etc. 6) Other statutory licenses related with safety. |
