Job Description:

1. NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
 RC grades to develop within 3 months time with commercial supply
 Other MCC combination product range to develop including MCC + Lactose, MCC Spheres,  
 Technical support including market complain to provide when & where is required
 Market support and explore to promote MCC, Powdered Cellulose and other product range
 Document support in terms of TDS and relevant docs
 QC & Approvals of outsourcing material
 Other relevance tasks which are given time to time
 Promotes products and their features to an organization's target audience. Their duties include
studying the company's products, locating key features that will attract customers and creating
marketing campaigns for products.
 To set the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for a product or product line. A product
manager role may also include product marketing, forecasting, and profit and loss (P&L)
responsibilities
2. MARKET RESEARCH
 To identify the three primary areas of focus for new product management, namely:
 New Product discovery.
 New Product Planning.
 New Product Development.
 Assess the viability of new products and, once in development, ensure that they continue to solve
customer problems. To do this, a PDM will carry out market research, liaise directly with customers,
closely monitor industry trends, and manage the technical development of the product.
 Improving existing products
 To provide the expertise needed to lead and make strategic product decisions.
 Product conception.
 Formulation and user trials.
 Manufacturing project management.
 Record Keeping and necessary documentation compliance.
 Go-to-market.

 Oversee research activities and develop knowledge-based products for a company. They develop
research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the
potential of new products.

3. R&D STEPS
Step 1: Discovery and Development.
Step 2: Preclinical Research.
Step 3: Clinical Research.
Step 4: FDA Drug Review.
Step 5: FDA Post-Market Drug Safety Monitoring.

4. FORMULATION ROLES
Design and development of formulations and processes, scaling up for manufacturing of batches
for clinical and pre-clinical trials, preparation of product development reports and support for all
necessary quality documentation and documentation for regulatory submissions.

5. SALES CO-ORDINATER RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDES
 Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and
communicating relevant information.
 Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Responding to complaints from
customers and give after-sales support when requested
 Interact with operations team giving direction on priorities and changing dynamics.
 Prepare and review sales reports.
 Supporting QA & QC team in line with IB team & Customer requirements.
 Training & presentation to new customers and sales team for existing & new products.
 Responsible for providing support to the sales team and ensuring that the organization's sales
goals are met. This may involve a range of tasks, including: Coordinating sales presentations and
meetings: The sales coordinator may schedule and organize meetings with potential clients and
customers and may help to prepare materials and presentations for these meetings. Managing
client relationships: The sales coordinator may be responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships
with existing clients, providing assistance and support as needed, and addressing any questions or
concerns that may arise. Tracking sales data: The sales coordinator may be responsible for
tracking and analysing sales data, including sales figures and customer demographics, to identify
trends and opportunities for improvement. Assisting with sales and marketing efforts: The sales
coordinator may work with the sales team and marketing staff to develop and implement sales and
marketing.
