Job Description:

• Development- Continuous effort towards the development of productivity, quality and the service.

• Budget – Based on the business trend make the budget and fix the target for the entire year (quarterly).

• Improvement in Process – By continual efforts to improve the process with the help of spreading the awareness of Kobetsu Kaizen.

• OEE – Emerging records of overall plant efficiency, capacity utilization, operational efficiency, quality, performance and availability calculating OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency).

• Costing - Costing Of Lined, Mono and Corrugation Cartons on competitive grounds.

• Capacity (Plant) - Job Wise Wastage analysis (Job Card). On the basis of 16 major Loses of Industry. Which is help us to do fish bone analysis on losses and to make CAPA (Corrective and preventive action).

• TPM - JIPM : TPM Implementation @ 8 Pillars
