Job Description:
JD for HR
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
- End to end recruitment- Advertising in job portal, Sourcing, Staffing, Interviewing, On boarding candidates, Joining and offer letters
- Responsible for employee Life Cycle (on-boarding to Exit).
- Responsible for Maintaining HRIS Data, On-time detail entry, New Joinee Entry, Transfer, Exit.
- Inform about organization HR policies.
- Maintaining Personal files & updating the same.
- complete biometric attendance formalities
- Responsible for leave and attendance management.
- Processing Payroll
- Coordinate with accounts team to release the salary.
- Coordinate with consultant for compliance (PF , ESI &P.tax)
- Process for Bonus & Leave encashment
- Completing appraisal process and issuing letter of increment.
- General Administration (AMC/ Pest control / Vendor management/ computer accessories & Stationery purchase / others)
- Responsible for Sending Reports/ MIS
Skills - Required good English & knowledge of excel & presentable.
