Job Description:
Reporting to: Manager / Director
Department: HR & Admin
Job Location: Park Street
Job Objective: Maintaining and Adhere HR process time to time basis
Qualifications: Graduation and MBA/MHRM/Diploma in HR
Experience: Minimum 5 -10 years of prior experience in HR in an FMCG or other manufacturing company.
o End to end recruitment for Sales & Operation
o Manpower planning and handling
o Onboarding activities.
o Manage Compensation & Benefits
o Ensure timely processing & submission of statutory challans, returns & Registers.
o Coordination with Plant HR
o Database Management(File)
o Exit Management
