Urgent opening for Valuation Analyst (CFA Fin)

Job Description:

• As a member of the valuation team, the candidate will take responsibility for part or all of a range of valuation assignments.
• Should be experienced for conducting valuation for the following purposes:
o Valuations for accounting, tax, restructuring, commercial and dispute purposes;
o Valuation of companies for fundraising, ESOP, Stake Sale, FEMA, Transfer Pricing,
o Valuation of Financial Instruments like Debentures, Preference Shares, NCD, OCD, Corporate Guarantee etc.
o Brand Valuation;
o Valuation of cases under Arbitration and Litigation;
• Financial Modelling, Due Diligence, TEV etc.
Qualification: CA, MBA (Finance) with 3-6 years of experience in the related field. Prefer, if the candidate completes the IBBI Registered Valuation Examination.
