Designation : Machine Maintenance Engineer
Experience: 2 to 3 years in Plastic injection Molding Setup.
Salary Range : 1.8-2.2 LPA
Required Qualification - BE or Equivalent.
Job Desciption:
- Maintenance of injection molding machine & SPM machine
- Execution of PM & PDM as per schedule, Analysis of breakdowns
- Execution of TPM &PM pillar Activities
- Energy saving project
- Attending major breakdown maintenance
- Handling documentation of executive & planned maintenance
- Execution of TBM CBM as per schedule
- Study of detoriotive components
- Applications of kaizen
- Troubleshooting and attending breakdown maintenance
- Housekeeping maintenance related to department modification and spare management
- Implementing ISO/TS16949, 5’s and FORMELQ
- To improve machine uptime (MTBF)
- To improve machine repairs time (MTTR)
- Maintained machine history card
- To handle electrical supply system I.e.HT &Lt side
- Maintenance of hydraulic system/ pneumatic system/ to develop ladder logic of PLC, AC, DC & Servo Drive
- Keeping spare in ready operational condition and maintenance of utility equipment
- Capable of handling electromechanical device Is. robot, chiller, ultrasonic welding m/c
- Presentation of monthly PRM
- Taking outside service appointment & spare management
- Recording Daily Activity Report for Meter Reading (main transformer, all panel) &Organize receivable &commercial
- Documents against invoice
- Working on welding machine, grinding machine, injection model and plastic mold
