Research, Development and Quality Control Officer in marine lines

Job Description:

Job purpose:- Drive research and development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to explore product ideas, develop prototypes, and optimize formulations for market scalability and success.

Job responsibilities

1. Monitors the quality aspects of incoming raw materials to the organization and the products that are ready to be shipped. 
2. Ensure that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards set by the organization before being sent to customers. Daily maintenance of certificate of analysis.
3. Driving research and development across all product categories. In collaboration with cross functional teams, research product ideas, determine feasibility, create prototypes, stabilize formulations for scale up.
4. Carry out full study of and life cycle of the product before you carry it out to the market
5. Development of new products or discovering new knowledge for improving the effectiveness of existing products.
6. Comply with all FSSAI rules and regulations (Reports + Plant)
7. Filling of Form D2
8. Ability to recognize and resolve any sudden issues relating to quality.
9. Maintain cordial relations with all departments and diligently co-ordinate with Customer Relationship Officer with regards to any customer complaints for products.

• Educational qualification - Dairy technology or Bachelors in B-Tech
• Experience  -  1 years
• Working Days - 6 Days 
• Holiday - Week off on any day of the week between Monday to Thursday and will be working on all festivals like – Diwali, Ganpati, Dussehra, Holi, Parsi new year, etc
• Simple bachelor accommodation will provide Vegetarian Food (2 meals a day)
