Job Description:
Proven experience as Fire & Safety officer.
Fire & Safety officer monitors work place activities to ensure that worker comply with the company polices & governmentFire & Safety regulations.
Auditing production, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behaviour or breaks in regulations.
Daily operations like ensuring work permits.
Attending Client Audits with proper documentations.
Conducting weekly Fire & Safety moments.
Keep good relation with clients
Maintaining all required documents.
Preparing Site Joint measurement sheets.
In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures.
Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.
Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of Fire & Safety management information systems is a plus.
Outstanding organisational skills.
Diligent with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and Fire & Safety topics.
Conducting tool box talks/Awareness sessions,Training programmes.
Conducting Fire & Safety induction training .
