Job Description
Conducting Offline and Online Training Programs at various locations as needed.
Train and coach new PSOs/ RMs for Product knowledge, Detailing & Selling skills & to make them successful in the Field.
Facilitating on-the-job Training by working with PSO/RM/ZM to see their efficiency & effectiveness in terms of Knowledge, Skill & Attitude & guiding & mentoring them to achieve their objective.
To report to the Head of Training the Evaluation of Trainees & do post-training follow-up thereon as needed.
Key internal Contacts: Sales Line Managers and Frontline Salesforce
Key External contacts: Industry resources for updating, distributors/ Agents
Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of Field experience & 1-2 years of ASM experience is desirable.
- At least 2– 4 years’ experience of working in training functions for Pharm business can be an added advantage.
