Job Description:

Position:          Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager -QA

Location:         Vapi

Experience:     4- 8 Years

Industries:      Medical Device

Responsibilities:

• Should have experience in Medical Device
• Coordinate with Certification body for Certification / Surveillance Audit.
• Conduct Internal Quality audit as per define timeline.
• Document and Data control by periodic review of SOPs, Formats.
• Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure effective action plan taken against Customer complaint.
• Conduct Supplier audit, Monitoring of effectiveness of action plan.
• Analysis of Data (SPC, Process Capabilities, Quality Tools)
• Execute Awareness training on QMS, 7 QC Tools, and Problem-Solving Techniques etc.
• Coordinate and support on-site audits, Audit Compliance
• Authorized for Batch release, BMR approval.
• Authorized for approval of CAPA, Change control, Deviation.
• Authorized for approval of COA, COC.
• Review of Calibration and validation certificate.
• Coordinate with EHS for best health, hygiene and safety practices.
• Any other work assigned by HOD as per company requirement.
• Should have experience in Medical Device

Required Skills 

• Candidate should have exp. with pharma manufacturing industry.
• Good Communication Skills
• Team Handling

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
