Job Description:

- Collaborate with research and development teams to explore innovative technologies and improve product quality.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to recommend strategic investments and improvements.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and presentations to communicate technical insights, performance metrics, and project updates to senior management.
