Job Description:

Job purpose: 

Welcoming visitors with professionalism, managing reception tasks efficiently, and supporting office operations to ensure seamless functionality and uphold company standards.

 Responsibilities
 
 o Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
o Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately, taking messages when necessary.
o Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
o Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders.
o Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
o Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
o Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
o Provide general support to colleagues as requested.
o Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times. o Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Working time- 9 hours
  • Communication skills- Excellent (proficiency in English is mandatory)
