Job Description:

Position:        Proposal Engineer

Location:       Mumbai

Experience:    2 - 4 Years

Industries:    Engineering-MNC 

Responsibilities:

• Instrument selection as per Technical Datasheets, applications, Operating Process & comparison with the existing Instrumentation.    
• Understanding technical drawings, instrument index sheets, instrument data sheets, process & instrumentation hook ups, tank sketches to select appropriate Instrument.    
• Study / check the technical specifications & provide technical support.    
• Preparation of technical and commercial bid documents for Project requirements and government Tenders.    
• Resolve Technical Queries with clients.    
• Vendor Bid evaluation and negotiation.    
• Compilation of quotations and review customer specifications and requirements.    
• Meetings and site visits to clients for technical discussion and case studies.    
• Negotiating sales orders.    
• Monitor quotation progress with customers.    
• Carry out routine proposal/project follow up’s & Manage and update database.    
• Investigating new customer potential.    
• Assisting sales with developing existing customer business and recognizing potential
• Review customers purchase orders, commercial terms & conditions and payment terms prior to acceptance.    
• Placing PR and Follow up for import orders.

 Required Qualification: - BE/B.Tech - Mechanical/Instrument/Electronics & Communication
