Job Description:
- Coordination with Accounts and other departments for collection of data and relevant information required for Statuary tax compliances.
- Monthly GST workings and timely filling returns, E-way bill, E-Invoice.
- Computing TDS, TCS liability on monthly basis, filling of TDS Return, correction statements, Issuing/Verifying TDS certificates to vendors on Quarterly basis and to the employees at year end, verifying/ applying for lower deduction certificate.
- Preparation and submission, report, documents related to assessment proceeding with income tax, vat, service tax authorities and GST department.
- Preparing Financial Statement (Balance sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement).
- Reconciliation of various accounts such as: receivables, payables, intercompany transactions.
- Liaising with internal and external auditors and Tax Authority.
- Preparing various MIS report to help management make informed decision.
- Month-end closing activities; prepared actual vs Budget/Forecast variance reports.
- Ensuring that all the processes and documents are in place.
- Management Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Debtor/Creditors Reconciliation, Ledger Scrutiny.
- Handling Team of 7-8 persons.
