ob Description: As a Finance Executive at our steel plant, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial activities and ensuring the efficient operation of our financial systems. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide insights into the financial performance of the steel plant.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop annual budgets and forecasts, monitor variances, and recommend corrective actions as necessary to ensure financial targets are met.

3. Cost Analysis: Analyze costs and financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities within the steel manufacturing process.

4. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize cash utilization to support ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.

5. Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies to mitigate risks and maintain financial integrity.

6. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory accounting processes, reconcile physical inventory counts with financial records, and implement measures to control inventory levels and minimize losses.

7. Financial Planning and Strategy: Contribute to the development of financial plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

8. Financial Systems Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in financial operations.
