Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment disbursement, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and receivable ledgers, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
4. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
5. Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual expenses, revenue, and other financial metrics, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
6. Maintain fixed asset records, including depreciation schedules, and reconcile asset accounts to ensure accuracy of asset valuations.
7. Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance reports, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
8. Collaborate with internal departments, including finance, operations, and regulatory affairs, to provide financial support and analysis for business initiatives and projects.
9. Support external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and assistance to auditors during audit procedures.
10. Stay current with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends, and assess their impact on financial reporting and compliance practices.
