Job Description:

Job Overview: The Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role will involve diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of desktop computing environments, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users experiencing desktop hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
  2. Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktop systems, including hardware and software failures, operating system errors, and network connectivity issues.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software components, including operating systems, Antivirus, applications, and utilities.
  4. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  5. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, patches, and backups, to ensure the stability and security of desktop systems.
  6. Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
  7. Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use of desktop systems and applications.
  8. Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in desktop support to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role. 
  • Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, Printer, troubleshooting and Antivirus.
  • Familiarity with desktop management tools and remote support technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality support services

Working Days: 5 Days a week. (Mon to Friday)

Working Hours: US Shift  9 hrs - 7 PM to 4 AM (Work from Office)

Cab Facility: Home pickup and drop will be provided by the company within a 25 Km radius. The candidates are preferred from South Delhi, East Delhi, Noida, & Ghaziabad.

Office Location: Sector 73, Noida

Interview Process: Intitail rounds virtual and final round Face to face.
