AD/ Director– Finance Controller (Plant Accounting)

Role Objective:
The incumbent will be responsible for finance controllership and direction for critical business units.
Role Responsibilities:
⚫ End to end responsibility of finance and accounting function, including cost accounting, book closing, inventory management, audits, financial controls and compliances for multiple legal entities.
⚫ Handling audits and all deliverables related to compliances including corporate matters.
⚫ Support business from a financial viewpoint including profitability analysis, margin profiling and other financial analytics needs.
⚫ Formulate & drive business plans / strategies for existing and new plants
⚫ ERP implementation for Plant Accounting
⚫ Evaluate ROI of all capex related decisions
⚫ Plant accounting and variance analysis across products
⚫ Co-own the P&L and KPIs along with plant heads.
⚫ Responsible for Bill of Material costing and decision making on pricing
⚫ Anchor monthly performance reviews with Sales / Segment Heads
⚫ Drive operational excellence through deep-dive analytic on capacity utilization
⚫ Data analysis and visualization/presentations explaining financial & business results
