PROFILE:-
 Having an experience of working as an Accounts Executive in a manufacturing firm
 All Data Entries of Bank Payment, Receipt, Journal Entries & Bank, stock Reconciliation
Bank on monthly basis in Tally erp 9
 Day to day accounting transaction in Tally 9 software.
 Daily Reconciliation of Cash, Bank, JV's and preparing and maintaining of P&L Account
and Balance Sheet.
 Verifying the statutory returns before submitting to the Government Offices.
 Liaising with various Government Officials related to Excise, Commercial Tax and Banks.
 Undertaking financial audits an independent check of an organizations financial position

 Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close entries.
 Purchase bills processing Includes Raw material, Packing material, Engineering material
 Capital Purchase bills.
 Daily Receipt of Cheque / Draft Collection Cheques Checking & Banking.
 Passing Bank Entries.
 Passing Cash Entries.
 Passing Sales Bills Entries.
 Creditors payment like purchase order & works contract .
 Handling to petty cash voucher.
 Making C’ Form details of the party.
 Maintain Billing file / records
 Any other work as assigned.
